All prices are subject to variation without notice. ROKSTAR provides our guests with a complimentary consultation before each appointment and will happily supply you with a quotation should you wish.
We recommend allowing 15 minutes to get to the salon and secure a parking spot. We do have five car spaces behind the building for our guests, however these are subject to availability. There are three-hour parking zones on Vulture Street and side parking on Exeter and Cambridge Streets.
We understand sometimes you can’t help running late to your appointment due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. We do ask that you call the salon to let us know if you are running late. Depending on how late you will be, we may need to reschedule your appointment or move it to a later time so that it doesn’t affect our other guests.
ROKSTAR is a very busy salon with a long wait list; therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling your appointment. We send out confirmation text messages to our guests 48 hours prior to appointments, asking to reply Y (yes) or N (no) or to call the salon on (07) 3846 5636 if you need to change your appointment time.
We require a $50 deposit to secure your first appointment, which will be deducted from the cost of your service.
If you do not attend one or more appointments without notice, we will require a $50 deposit to hold any future bookings. This amount is non-refundable if you do not show again. No show clients and late cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee covering the whole cost of the appointment.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on the day of the appointment.
ROKSTAR offers a 20% discount on children’s haircuts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays before 5pm.
